About the JetPilot Concept

The JP1 is the second timepiece in the history, that was actually designed and manufactured by

an active airline pilot. The primary goal was to produce a classical pilot watch, which is based

on the good old-fashioned traditions, but manufactured according to the latest industrial standards and the actual requirements of military and commercial pilots.

The second concern was to create an instrument, which represents a clean configuration,

free of any unnecessary and useless stuff, like Aristo-dial, kg-lbs-liter-US gallon calculator,

N-E-S-W orientations etc. We simply don’t need these features in a transport category jet airliner, neither in a combat aircraft nor on board the ISS. What we need is here: professional ergonomics, good readability, accuracy and reliability, pressure and water resistance and independent operation, these important issues should not be sacrificed because of the

latest fashion requirements.

The third concept was to create a high-value timepiece, which is a real status-symbol, not for display in the Museum of Industrial Arts, but for everyday use. We are too conservative to

follow the trend to put a cheap movement into a serious looking case, pilots, aerospace

experts, airline and military staff they need high quality equipment, this is what we supply.

This is not simply a watch, this is rather an instrument, just like your N1, N2, EGT, EPR gauges in the cockpit. Remember? You have to trust your instruments!
